It can sometimes be tough to say whether Jason Levesque is an illustrator or a photographer, or a mix of the two.  While he has definitely etched out a career as a master of drawing perversely hot squid-girls (it’s hotter than it sounds, trust us!), he’s devoted an equal share of his time to the photography that leads to the illustrations.  His photos tend to form the basis for his drawings, but rather than just taking a boring photo of a girl posing purely for the sake of the drawing, Levesque puts hours into the photo itself.  His wife and he often make the costumes and props themselves, which speaks volumes of his dedication.

Skin/Strip

Skin-strip

Skin/Strip is… Ah heck, why don’t we just quote the site? “Skin/Strip is an interactive installation created by Completely Naked and commissioned by The Museum Of The Unknown, running from October 2000 until January 2001. Skin/Strip is a labyrinth of lit round-shaped corridors, wallpapered with photographic images of skin. Identities of unknown people. Blueprints of the audience. In the middle of the labyrinth is a photo-booth. In the intimacy of this room, the audience is invited to have part of their body (skin) recorded on a digital camera, this image will become part of the exhibition.”

Scene of Busts

If you’re looking for a subtle way to let the world - or at least visitors - know that you’re an open-minded, sexual person (we’re not suggesting you invite them over for a sex party of course!  Mind you…), coffee table books can be a clever way.  The Scene of Busts is a wonderful diary of beautiful girls with a theme that lets you believe they’re regular girls out and about, indulging a random photographer who happens upon them.  Very nice, and very classy.

Is it obvious yet that we have a bit of a thing for tattoos on sexy girls and guys?  The Female Canvas is a gallery of photography on just that subject, so if you’re like us, you’ll be in heaven.

We’ve no idea what the text on this site says, but the photography is absolutely speaking our language.
